The inventory below is primarily park-owned homes, because of this we are able to ask significantly lower prices that what you’ll find for sale by owner or with outside agents. We will entertain and look at all reasonable offers.  Cash out preferred, however we do offer owner financing with a 10-20% down payment depending on your credit. It’s a great opportunity to be a homeowner without having to find outside financing. All buyers must apply for residency prior to the closing of a sale and occupying a home in the Community. It is a $28/adult screening fee which can be done on-line or by obtaining an application from the onsite manager.
